I sent my Avalanche instrument cluster from Grand Junction, Colorado on Tuesday. It was received at My Air Bags on Wednesday at 11 am, then shipped at 3 pm and I picked it up at USPS in Grand Junction on Thursday. That’s simply impressive. I would like to take the time to thank you for a job done. I called you office on Friday to inquire about your Saturday work hours and your turn around time. I was told that your establishment was open on Saturday until 12pm. I sent my Instrument cluster to you on Friday via overnight mail and paid for overnight return. Taking into consideration that Monday was a holiday, I anticipated that your establishment would mail my cluster back on Tuesday at the earliest and that I would receive my package on Wednesday. I checked on line and confirmed that my instrument cluster was received on Saturday at 10:50 am. To my surprise, I received my instrument cluster on Tuesday. Through deductive reasoning, I could only conclude that your establishment received, repaired and shipped my package all on the same day (Saturday). I was impressed to say the least. I installed my repaired instrument cluster and can gladly report that is fully functional and did not cost anywhere near the $500.00 price which was quoted to me by the dealership. I will surely keep your busiiness card handy and will refer those that experience the same problems. Thanks again for being reasonable, effective, efficient and most of all....reliable.

A: Yes, your vehicle will operate normally with out the cluster in there!
Q: How long does the process take?.
A: We repair the cluster the day we get it and it will ship back within 24 hours.
Q: Will my mileage change?
A: No your mileage is not affected, we repair yours and send yours back.
Q: Will my cluster need to be programmed?
A: No, when your cluster returns back in the same vehicle NO additinal programming needed?
Q: Is my cluster difficult to remove?
A: It will takes about 3-5 minutes, first engage the emergency brake, then remove the plastic trim around the cluster, then with the steering wheel tilted down and the shifter in 1st gear, pull the trim from the dash and it will unsnap and then put the trim off to the side. Then remove the four 7mm screws holding the cluster in, gently pull out and disconnect the electrical plug from the back of the cluster.
