It was received at My Air Bags on Wednesday at 11 am, then shipped at 3 pm and I picked it up at USPS in Grand Junction on Thursday. That’s simply impressive. With today's economy it's hard enough to live on a day to day basic and then try to save money to repair a vehicle (which you need to get back and forth to work to earn a living).
The dealer completely lied to me telling me that: I would have to order the part from them, and then they would have to reprogram my instrument cluster and then charge me for the labor. Trust no longer insistswith my local GMC Dealer.... In today's world we have a lot of options with the Internet at our fingertips. Companies should be very careful. Word of mouth still gets around.I could not believe the turn around that your company has. You truly have a great customer service going on. Keep up the great work.

These people are amazing!! I sent my instrument cluster to them on a Thursday, they signed for the package at 9:35 AM on Friday and my repaired unit was delivered to my home at 10:30 AM on Saturday - does it get any better than that? A local dealer quoted me $700.00 to replace the cluster but for $79.00 plus a little freight I am up and running again. Thank you!!

I sent my 2003 Chevy Tahoe gauge cluster in for repair on Wednesday and I got it back the following Monday afternoon. I installed it and within a few minutes I had a perfectly working speedometer. I opted for the exotic blue lighting and it looks fantastic. I want to thank the entire My Airbags team for the excellent work and lightning fast turnaround time. I would like to take the time to thank you for a job done. I called you office on Friday to inquire about your Saturday work hours and your turn around time. I was told that your establishment was open on Saturday until 12pm. I sent my Instrument cluster to you on Friday via overnight mail and paid for overnight return. Taking into consideration that Monday was a holiday, I anticipated that your establishment would mail my cluster back on Tuesday at the earliest and that I would receive my package on Wednesday. I checked on line and confirmed that my instrument cluster was received on Saturday at 10:50 am. To my surprise, I received my instrument cluster on Tuesday. Through deductive reasoning, I could only conclude that your establishment received, repaired and shipped my package all on the same day (Saturday). I was impressed to say the least. I installed my repaired instrument cluster and can gladly report that is fully functional and did not cost anywhere near the $500.00 price which was quoted to me by the dealership. I will surely keep your busiiness card handy and will refer those that experience the same problems. Thanks again for being reasonable, effective, efficient and most of all....reliable.

Then remove the four 7mm screws holding the cluster in, gently pull out and disconnect the electrical plug from the back of the cluster.
