  1. Duration: We offer various lengths of limited warranty coverage, ranging from 3 months to a lifetime, depending on the specific product or service purchased. The warranty duration is clearly stated on each product description page.

Warranty Claims:

  1. Submission: To file a warranty claim, please complete our online Support Request Form found on your online order link. Our expert technicians will review your case promptly and provide assistance within 24 hours. If you encounter any difficulties with the online form, our dedicated technical and warranty department can be reached at 1-888-779-9029 for personalized support.
  2. Authorization: Prior authorization is required before returning any parts to us for repair or remanufacturing. Please refrain from sending parts without obtaining authorization, as this may delay the processing of your warranty claim.

Limited Liability:

  1. MyAirbags's liability under this limited warranty is restricted to the actual cash value of the returned product for repair or remanufacturing. We do not assume liability for any additional losses, including replacement labor charges, software reloads, diagnostic or towing fees, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  2. We are also not responsible for shipping expenses associated with returning defective parts for repair or remanufacturing.

Warranty Coverage Limits:

  1. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Improper part installation.
    • Damage caused by other defective components (such as overcharging alternator, seized or shorted pump, etc.).
    • Direct evidence that the unit was tampered with (e.g., broken warranty sealant or evidence of tampering).
    • Vehicle involvement in a collision.
    • Natural disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning.
    • Subsequent water damage.
    • Part being installed in another vehicle.
    • Modification of original factory software.

Termination of Warranty Coverage:

For pre-programmed control units, MyAirbags reserves the right to terminate this limited warranty if the original defective part is not returned within 30 days.
