Carefully remove the part from your vehicle. If you are not sure how to remove a given part, please see our selection of helpful, step-by-step videos, or take your vehicle to a local auto repair or auto body shop.

Inside a strong box, be sure to include a piece of paper with your name, return address, and phone number. Securely pack your part in such a way as to prevent damage during shipping.

When we receive your part, we will run diagnostic tests to identify the problem. After we have determined what is wrong, we will reset, repair, or rebuild it and sent it back to you within 24 hours.
